Easy Green Onion Dip

This is one of the tastiest and easiest dips to take to a party or treat your guests to. This is based on feeding six people comfortably just double it for more people.

1 Package of Wheat Pita's
1 Cup Marscapone Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Bunch of Chives chopped finely
Salt & Pepper to taste
Dried Oregano to Sprinkle
Drizzle of Olive Oil

Cut Pita's into wedges like tortilla chips
Lay flat on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Dried Oregano and Salt & Pepper. Bake at 450 degrees for five minutes. Remove and cool.

In a bowl mix together the Marscapone cheese and the sour cream salt and pepper to taste and the finely chopped chives. Mix well. Pour into serving bowl place pita pieces on serving pate and serve. Sprinkle a few chives on top as a garnish and serve.
