Mustard baked Pork Chops

1 Tab. of your favorite prepared mustard (The tastier the better)
1 Tab. Flour
1 Tab. Sugar
1 Tea. Salt
1 Tab. Vinegar
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Catsup (your favorite brand)
6 Thick Cut Pork Chops 1 & 1/4" Thick (Cooking time is based on bone in chops)

Combine mustard, flour, sugar, salt mix well. Then add vinegar, water and catsup mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over chops in a baking dish and let marinate in the fridge for thirty minutes. Place in a 350 degree oven for 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours or until chops are tender. Better yet cook them on the grill basting them with the marinade.

Tip: The better and more flavorful the mustard is the better these chops will taste.
