Menage A Trois Cocktail

Fill your shaker half way with ice. This will serve three people. You will need three flute style champagne glasses chilled. This is a lovely champagne cocktail with a hint of Black current.

1 and 1/2 Oz. Gin
1 and 1/2 Oz. Cream De Cassis
6 Oz. Champagne
3 Oz. Orange Juice
1/2 Oz Grenadine Syrup

Do Not Shake stir this mixture until it is well combined and well chilled
Pour the bubbly mixture into the three chilled champagne glass.

Bellini Cocktail

This is the perfect brunch cocktail or perfect for wedding or bridal showers.
This should be made in a long fluted champagne glass.


1 Ripe peach ( 1 peach will make 2 Bellini's)
1 bottle of very cold champagne or Italian Perseco

Puree the peach in the blender
Pour into the bottom of two champagne flutes
Fill to the top with ice cold champagne
