Kir Royal Cocktail

Who dosen't love champagne? This is an easy and festive cocktail to make. It will delight your mate or your mother-in-law for that matter. I definitely will dress up any party and set off Sunday brunch with perfect style.

Remember that champagne must be perfectly chilled. There is no such thing as champagne that is too cold. Put it in an ice chest with lots of ice, over night especially if the weather is hot to warmish.

I also recommend that you chill your champagne glasses as well.

In the bottom of a champagne glass pour a few meaning three drops of Creme de Cassis Then add a twist of lemon peel
Fill the glass 1/8Th from the top with champagne then fill the remainder with Creme de Cassis.
Stir then serve immediately.
