Remember champagne always must be served really cold, so chill it well.
Another of my tips is whenever you are mixing anything with champagne you can reduce the expense of the champagne and purchase a less expensive variety. Although you need the champagne for the bubbles the star becomes what ever you have mixed it with so feel free to save yourself a few bucks.
One bottle of well chilled champagne and frozen champagne glasses
Pour 1/2 shot of Chambord (Chambord is a raspberry flavored liquor) into the bottom of the glass then fill with champagne
Garnish with a fresh raspberry
Stir and serve
