This makes a nice presentation and is so easy it even surprises me.
First you need the following;
1 LB. Fresh Raw de-veined and shelled Shrimp with the tails still on. But extra large which is 26/30 count per pound.
1 Jar of your favorite Salsa medium spice is best
Heat the salsa until it is hot then add the raw shrimp and cook until it turns bright pink roughly three minutes.
Pour onto the serving dish and let your guests dig in!
