Rapid Red Beans and Rice

1 to 1&1/2 lbs. Smoked Sausage or Polska Kielbasa sliced about 1" slices
4 Cups cooked White Rice
2 16 oz cans Kidney beans
8 oz. can corn drained
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 Jar of Salsa (medium or hot your choice)

Prepare rice per box instructions
In a skillet Saute sausage slices until lightly browned
Add beans, corn, pepper and salsa
Continue cooking until green pepper is tender yet crisp
Serve sausage mixture over rice.

It takes about fifteen minutes for the entire dish. Enjoy!
