Use a chilled cocktail glass or a champagne glass.
In the blender add 1 cup of ice crush the ice.
Then add
1/2 shot of Vodka
1/2 shot of Triple Sec or other orange flavored liquor Cointreau or Gran Mainer
1/2 oz. of Orange juice (no pulp)
1& 1/2 oz. Cream or milk (cream makes it taste richer)
Blend on high for 20 seconds
Pour into chilled cocktail glass and serve
