Easy Run Dip

Keeping things cold is not always an easy thing on a motorcycle run. Space is always a premium unless there is a chase truck hauling all the supplies. In cases when we've been on our own I always make rum for my favorite run dip. It's great because nothing needs to be refrigerated. Try it you'll like it, it's gooey and really good.

You need a deep set pot or one of those deep set foil baking pans you can get at the market. You'll need a knife and a can opener and a wooden spoon.

2 16oz Cans of chili beans
1 Brick of Velveeta cheese
1 Jar of your favorite Salsa (mild or spicy whatever you like)
2 Large bags of your favorite corn chips

Pour the beans into the pan. Then cut up the brick of Velveeta cheese into 1/2 inch squares. Mix them in with the chili beans. Pot pot or pan over the campfire stirring constantly. When the cheese is nearly all the way melted add the jar of salsa. Mixing it well. Let it heat all the way threw then serve. I guarantee you it will be a hit.
